Whole Life Recovery Center uses text messaging for two primary purposes:
-
To respond to individuals who text us to request general information, schedule an appointment, or request contact from a representative; and
-
To send currently enrolled individuals administrative appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling options, and rescheduling communications.
Automated scheduling assistant
An automated or artificial-intelligence-assisted scheduling system may help respond to messages, offer available appointment times, confirm appointments, process rescheduling requests, or route individuals to a representative.
The automated assistant is used only for administrative customer-service functions. It does not diagnose conditions, provide clinical advice, recommend treatment, make clinical decisions, or replace communication with a qualified healthcare professional.
Messages may be reviewed by authorized Whole Life Recovery Center personnel when necessary to assist with scheduling, customer service, system administration, quality assurance, privacy, safety, or compliance.
Consent and participation
You may begin receiving messages when you:
-
Text Whole Life Recovery Center directly;
-
Request an appointment;
-
Provide your mobile number and consent to administrative text messages;

5. SMS Privacy and Mobile-Information Disclosure
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide limited mobile information to service providers that operate communications, scheduling, hosting, security, or text-messaging systems solely on our behalf. Those providers may use the information only to provide contracted services to Whole Life Recovery Center and not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

By communicating with us through text messaging, you acknowledge these limitations.
